Empowerment, Action, & Human Connection
For nearly a decade, I’ve supported high-performing, thoughtful adults navigating stuckness and life changes. As a licensed mental health counselor with experience in both complex clinical environments and private practice, I specialize in working with individuals who feel stuck. People who’ve tried everything to feel better but instead find disappointment and helplessness.
My clients often come to me experiencing burnout, chronic stress, health challenges, or the persistent sense that something important is missing. They’re ready to stop spinning their wheels and start changing how they show up in their lives.
I believe that every person deserves to live fully, and that no one deserves to be alone in their experience. Therapy is not about fixing what’s broken. It’s about reclaiming your wholeness, aligning with your values, and taking meaningful steps forward, even when the way ahead isn’t clear.
My approach is strengths based, process based, and integrated, grounded primarily in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (pronounced as the word “ACT”) and Motivational Interviewing. These are evidence-based therapies, paired with lived experience and deep empathy. I know what it’s like to adapt to unexpected challenges and I help my clients do the same with resilience, intention, and support.
Together, we identify what matters, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and build momentum toward the life you want to lead. I value integrity, connection, authenticity, and flexibility—and one of my core philosophies is this: make new mistakes. Because growth isn’t about perfection. It’s about being present, taking action, and choosing to try again.
My practice is built for those who value depth, a little bit of humor, and real transformation. If you’re ready to stop feeling stuck and start living with greater clarity and confidence, I’m here to walk alongside you.

PsychFlex and MindGrapher
Therapy is not one size fits all. MindGrapher is the tool that allows us to tailor treatment directly to you based on the outcome you want to target and the ongoing assessment of processes of change. Natalie will work with you to create a personal assessment that you’ll take daily multiple times daily. She will use information from the data gathered and analyzed by MindGrapher to identify in session interventions and between session resources and exercises that support your identified goal.

Walk and Talk Therapy
For clients seeking something more experiential than therapy in the traditional office setting, Walk and Talk Therapy is a great alternative. We can use the environment to explore concepts and try new approaches in real time. Set up a consultation to discuss whether this is a good fit.

Multi-State Access
Telehealth has become popular and made therapy more accessible since the pandemic. While it may seem that you can easily travel and continue therapy if you’re meeting virtually, there are licensing and insurance restrictions and rules based on many factors in each state. Natalie is licensed in New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and New Hampshire in order to provide continuity of care to clients who travel frequently between or live in these states. This is often the case for students in college or entering college who may need support during the transition.
Testimonials
“Natalie is the best therapist I’ve ever had. I have a debilitating chronic pain condition and over the years I’ve met with many therapists who just didn’t “get” it. I resolved to give therapy one more shot with Natalie and I’m so glad I did. She really understands the connection between the mind and the body, is thoughtful and empathetic, and has a great sense of humor. She asks insightful questions and has made me feel comfortable from day one. I would highly recommend Natalie to anyone, and especially to people with complex health conditions.”
“Natalie made such a huge impact on me. She helped me through an experience that at the time, I thought I might not survive. She taught me skills that I built off of until I found my footing, and then my personality, and eventually the grace and self-understanding needed to pursue a career in helping others. I now plan to use the most challenging time in my life for good. I’ll never, ever forget that she helped me build the foundation for success. She showed me that it’s possible to have it all.”
“I would highly recommend Natalie for any type of psychotherapy. My sister initially contacted her on my behalf to help me work through and manage some ongoing health issues. These issue were greatly impacting my quality of life. Natalie helped me work through and process how to deal with these ongoing issues. Additionally, half way through our sessions, I was laid off from my job after 28 years. I was not expecting this, and Natalie quickly helped me make the transition to accept this and now fully retire! Natalie is a true professional and I highly recommend her!”
