Featuring: Paint and Process workshops
You’ve heard of Paint and Sip but we have an option for those looking to learn about themselves, grow, and make meaningful connections. Paint and Process workshops combine instruction from a Master’s level artist with ACT-based techniques from a licensed counselor. Available now for groups of 2-6. Individual Therapy
We offer hour long sessions in person and virtually. Our team practices from a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed care approach. We are trained and experienced in implementing an eclectic blend of techniques and interventions that fall under the CBT umbrella including Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness based CBT. These modalities are evidence-based and we use them to focus on reshaping thoughts and behaviors to be more adaptive.
Couples Therapy
Walk and Talk Therapy
This unique evidence-based service entails a 45, 60 or 90 minute session outdoors at one of the local parks or trails such as Reinstein Woods, Delaware Park, or Stiglmeier Park. Your therapist will meet you and guide you through mindful stretching to increase awareness and engagement in the present moment, a walk at the pace and distance you determine while conducting the typical therapy session, and tie up the session with mindful stretching.
Workshops
Virtual Personal Training
Learn how to reach your healthy lifestyle goals with guidance and support from a professional on your schedule and in your favorite gym! Lakshay Sharma is an exercise physiologist with experience running the Intensive Cardiac Rehab program at Sterling Heart Care. With this unique program, you’ll get a thorough assessment, overview of your strengths and areas of growth, lay out a plan, have access every week to new workouts you can do at home or in the gym, check ins with Lakshay virtually, and be able to message Lakshay anytime with questions. If you’re already working with a counselor through VCC, your healthcare professionals will meet jointly with you to collaborate and create a streamlined treatment plan. Cardiac Counseling Groups
Anthony Fragnoli leads our Cardiac Counseling Groups in person weekly on Mondays at 6 pm and Fridays at 3 and 4 pm. These groups are for individuals with a range of cardiac conditions from high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease to cardiac events such as bypass. VCC counselors teach Healthy Mindset Workshops through the Pritikin Intesive Cardiac Rehab program at Sterling Heart Care and have created our Cardiac Counseling Groups as an additional support, as well as as for individuals who may not qualify for the ICR program. Groups are open to join at any time. If you are interested, please complete the registration form and intake forms will be sent to you via email to be completed prior to your first group.

I specialize in the relationship between mental and physical health and well-being. It is evident that physical and mental health are inseparable. I am here to help you navigate experiences that many providers avoid.
Our time together will be used to practice new ways of thinking and understanding so that you can continue the process beyond our sessions. While many therapists address issues as they arise, I find that focusing on patterns throughout your life is more beneficial. I will encourage you to explore your values and help you implement them in your daily life in order to have more meaningful experiences.
Many clients come to me after years of therapy and numerous therapists because they are ready to take action. Our sessions are not for catching up but for doing work. I will hold you accountable to the things we talk about. When you decide you are ready to commit to making a change in your life, you will reach out to me and neither of us will waste time.
